ADHA24 Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that things happen, and sometimes you need to cancel. Eligible cancellations must be processed by Friday, June 21, 2024. Please see cancellation policy and eligibility below:
- A $75 administrative fee will be charged at the time of cancellation for Full Conference registration categories (ADHA Members/ Nonmembers).
- A $25 administrative fee will be charged at the time of cancellation for Student, Retired and Daily Pass registrations and the Tours on Wednesday.
- Exhibit Hall Only, Guests, IOH Donations, Awards & HOD Installation Reception tickets, After Dark Evening Event Drink Tickets and President’s Dinner tickets are not eligible for refunds at any time.
- No Refunds after Friday, June 21, 2024 for the New Orleans Cocktail Tour and the New Orleans Food Tour.
- Cancellation requests received after the deadline will not be processed.
- Cancellation requests must be received in writting, either by email to meetings@adha.net or by mail to the address below. Requests cannot not be accepted over the phone.
GROUP CANCELLATION
Should one or more people need to cancel their registration for the conference, the following situations apply:
- If a PAID registrant cancels, the normal cancellation applies (see above). Then the FREE registrant account will automatically trigger a new balance.
- If a FREE registrant cancels, there is no cancellation penalty.
