Learn more about the ADHA-IOH WELLNESS CHALLENGE

The ADHA and The ADHA Institute for Oral Health Foundation (IOH) are excited to bring you the ADHA – IOH Wellness Challenge. Participate in some friendly competition amongst your peers as you engage in various fitness and wellness activities and work your way up the leaderboard. Strive to reach and exceed your challenge goals, find opportunities to boost your points, and earn chances to win exciting giveaways. All participants can earn extra points through daily challenges.

The Wellness Challenge starts on Friday, July 26 at 12:01AM (CST) and ends Sunday, July 28 at 11:59PM (CST)

Anyone can track their steps in the ADHA-IOH Wellness Challenge app using a smartphone. Just pair with the Apple Health app on iOS or the Google Fit app on Android. The Challenge app also tracks step data from Fitbit, Garmin, or an Apple Watch (via Apple Health). This is a great way to prioritize your health and wellness and raise funds for the IOH scholarships and grant programs. Help IOH reach its 2024 goal of $85,000. Funds directly support IOH scholarship and grant programs!

 
You can join a team and track progress on the leadership in real time on the leaderboard at the Wellness Challenge booth. Join the 2024 Challenge and get updates when the Wellness Challenge app is available for download.

Join by Team
Interested in signing up for the wellness challenge as an individual? Follow these steps below.
  1. Click here to join.
  2. Add your first name, last name and email address.
  3. There is a minimum of $20 per person registration fee to join. All proceeds support ADHA’s Institute for Oral Health fundraiser.
  4. On May 19, download the mobile app and complete the registration process.

  4. There is a minimum of $20 per person registration fee to join. All proceeds support ADHA’s Institute for Oral Health fundraiser.

All participants reaching an activity milestone will be eligible to pick up a prize from the Wellness Challenge booth (*while supplies last):

All participants who reach a Challenge Level Goal will be entered into a daily raffle for the following prizes:

Friday, July 26 - Daily Challenge
The TOP 25 participants are eligible to be entered into a drawing to win a Lululemon Body Bag and a Bronze "ADHA Medal". Winner will be announced the morning of Saturday, July 27, via a push notification on the ADHA24 conference app. *ADHA will contact the winner with instructions on how to redeem the their prize. Only one (1) attendee can win and cannot qualify to win any other daily challenge prizes.

​Saturday, July 27 -  Daily Challenge
The TOP 15 participants are eligible to be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a complimentary registration to ADHA25 and a Silver "ADHA Medal". Winner will be announced the morning of Sunday, July 28, via a push notification on the ADHA24 conference app. *ADHA will contact the winner with instructions on how to redeem the their prize. Only one (1) attendee can win and cannot qualify to win any other daily challenge prizes.

Final Leaderboard Challenge - Sunday, July 28
The TOP 5 participants on the final cumulative leaderboard are eligible to be entered into our grand prize drawing of $500 Visa Gift Card and a Gold "ADHA Medal". Winner will be announced in the morning of Monday, July 29, via a push notification on the ADHA24 conference app. *ADHA will contact the winner with instructions on how to redeem the their prize. Only one (1) attendee can win and cannot qualify to win any other daily challenge prizes.

The TOP TEAM in the challenge will receive up to (5) complimentary full conference registrations to ADHA25, and a surprise full of unique New Orleans flavor!
