A continuation from last year’s presentation, the ADHA Officers will delve into the multidimensional concept of autonomy within the dental hygiene profession. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of personal autonomy, practice autonomy, and professional autonomy, exploring their interconnectedness and relevance in promoting ethical and effective dental hygiene care, increased workplace satisfaction, creating attractive work environments, and meaningfulness of work.
