Cynthia Stull is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Primary Dental Care, and Director, Division of Dental Hygiene at the University of Minnesota (UMN) School of Dentistry (SOD). Following her 30 years of clinical practice experience, Cyndee joined the University of Minnesota dental hygiene faculty and has 13 years’ experience teaching dental, dental hygiene, and dental therapy in the undergraduate and graduate programs. She recently launched a six-month Oral Health Educator Certificate program for oral health providers interested in gaining skills in teaching. Her research focuses on the role of oral health providers in HPV oropharyngeal cancer prevention and the impact of a novel hospital dental hygiene service line on patient outcomes. Her professional memberships include Omicron Kappa Upsilon-Beta Beta Chapter, the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA), and the American Dental Education Association (ADEA).
