Cathy Draper, RDH, MS is a member of the associate faculty at Foothill and Cabrillo Colleges and practiced clinical dental hygiene for 45 years. Cathy has presented continuing education programs on a wide range of topics including oropharyngeal cancer, dental implants, and infection control. She has contributed to two dental hygiene textbooks and is the current managing editor of the Journal of Dental Hygiene. She received the Stanford Healthcare Volunteer of the Year Award in 2015, the University of Michigan Outstanding Dental Hygiene Alumnae Award in 2017, and was the recipient of the ADHA Award for Excellence in Dental Hygiene in 2020.
