Michelle Hurlbutt, RDH, MSDH, DHSc

Michelle Hurlbutt claims she has had the best of all worlds in dental hygiene. A graduate of the University of Nebraska, with a BS in Dental Hygiene, the University of Missouri, Kansas City, with an MS in Dental Hygiene Education, and Nova Southeastern University with a Doctor of Health Science. Michelle's career has included private practice, public health, corporate, continuing education, consulting, and dental hygiene education. Since 2015, Dr. Hurlbutt serves as Dean of Dental Hygiene at West Coast University in Anaheim, California. She is a past ADHA Board of Trustee member, and past president of both California and Nebraska Dental Hygienists' Associations. Michelle was a charter member of the Dental Hygiene Board of California (DHBC), serving from 2009-2020.
