Be sure to book your hotel reservation at one of the ADHA24 Official Hotel Blocks. Conveniently close to New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, our select hotels are just steps away from all the Conference events. ADHA will provide shuttle transportation from the Hilton Riverside hotel to the Convention Center.

GUEST ROOM AVAILABILITY DEADLINE: 
If you are interested in booking a guest room at an ADHA preferred hotel listed above, be sure to book before Wednesday, July 3, 2024. ADHA discounted rates will be unavailable when a hotel room block fills or past this date, whichever comes first.
**Discounted Rates are available (3) days before and (3) days after the conference for an extended stay, based on hotel room availability.
 
GUEST ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY: 
Guests have up to 72 hours prior to their arrival to cancel their hotel room directly with the hotel without penalty.

STAY PROTECTED

ADHA24 is a premier event and can therefore be a target of unscrupulous companies using the meeting to make false offers of registration and housing reservations. You may receive advertisements, e-mails or phone calls from these companies. Registration and housing should only be accessed from the ADHA Annual Conference main website.

MCI USA Events is the official housing provider for ADHA24. ADHA has been made aware of pirate housing companies (unofficial housing companies) that may pursue conference attendees to book rooms by claiming to offer significant discounts or packages. These companies are not authorized to represent ADHA, nor do they have access to officially contracted room blocks or rates on behalf of the organization or the conference.

For your own protection, please do not make reservations through any other housing companies. If you receive a call or email from any company that is not the ADHA’s official housing provider, MCI USA Events, please notify ADHA at meetings@adha.net.
